Please help, 6N2 1.0 the dashboard does not light up the warning lights and the engine will not start .

The dashboard does not light warning lights , starter motor turns normally and the engine will not start :
It is certainly electric problem , but where?
All fuses were found .
It will be a relay ?

Have you checked the engine earth straps?
Do other electric items work in the car?
Have you checked the fuses on top of the battery?
Is the clock on the dashboard working?

Solved.
As apologies for the late feedback.
The problem was in the ignition barrel, it was replaced and it was ok.
