Well, some buttons will work, like the radio control. Also the MFA control will work
Button lighting and cruise control won't unless you do some radical modifications

Please, could you explain better? "radical" is too subjective, please specify all the necessary parts, all installation processes for all types of steering wheels, etc ... please... Thanks in advance

Without multifunction buttons.

With multifunction buttons (radio, MFA), it requires a new BCM, right combination of stalks, wiring in the right way, also VCDS for coding.
Possible variants:
- Without CCS in left buttons.
- With CCS in left buttons.
- With ACC in left buttons. (front radar logically necessary, + other parts)
