Would I need to add any additional wiring to my polo to get gps/sat nav to work in my car if I bought another radio oem obviously?

You need to have Fakra GPS Antenna if you don't have it

Thanks, would you know if it would work if I placed the antenna under the dashboard, above the air vents, as I have seen it done in golfs
