Vw polo 1.2s

Newbie changed the 12v socket so hat to change connector on the wires and cannot start the car does not sound like it wants to fire and does not start on bump any help appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like youve blown a fuse or two. Have you checked them over including the battery ones?
