Winter pack - Headlight washer query

Might be a ailly question but how do you activate the headlight washers?
Is it an auto function or is there a button/switch?

Automatic when the headlights are on and you wash the windscreen every five times

I actually changed mine to every 15 times using VCDS. It used a stupid amount of washer fluid. Had to fill the damn thing every week!
