I just wanted to know is this for polo and will it fit a regular 2013 6R ?.

But if you read the desciption carefully it says polo in the start but then it says golf later on.

Easy to check and reassure yourself; The top edge of the bumper is the correct profile to accommodate 6r / 6c Polo headlamps. If you Google 'Golf mk6' and 'Golf mk7' and check the images, you'll see the headlamp shape of the Golf is wrong to fit flush against the bumper, so as CNK has confirmed, bumper is for the Polo.
