Removing emblems

Hey there guys i was thinking about removing the polo and 1.4 emblem tomorrow.
How do i do that and how did you guys do it and what did you use ?.
Also dont i need something to remove the excess glue on the car trunk from the emblems ?.

Warm them first, either with a hairdryer or hot water and use strong fishing line to cut the adhesive foam, for the tidy up, a caramel wheel or tar & adhesive remover to remove the remnants of the foam, wash and polish after removal!
Job done!

Oh ok i have a fishing line and hot water by hand here now. I i will try using that and using tar remover and wash it afterwards.
