Hey guys im having trouble with my gfs 2011 polo 1.2 3 cylinder.
It has been cutting out on her at various times when dipping the clutch and running rough..i scanned the fault at work and it brings up one fault that wont clear...
Cmp sensor /engine speed sensor....no correlation

I removed the crank sensor and it brought up a different fault code aswell making me think the crank sensor may be ok...
Im hearing horror stories about these engines and the chain goin slack .....hoping it could be a crank sensor...

I'd think that you should check the chain for stretch, I think that there is an "easy" way to check to see if chain stretch has become an issue.

Is there a link to how to check the chain ....thanks
