Engine/clutch/gearbox rattle. Video included

I have just got around to getting evidence of the rattle I get
For those who may not know, when I accelerate - aggressive or not - i get a rattle in 1st gear, then a crunch when I engage into 2nd and 3rd. BUT.. Not on the way down.
Anyway.. Here is a video. I was also wondering if anyone has the same.
In the video, I rev the car from 600revs to 3000revs and left it drop down on its own.
I will try get a recording on me accelerating soon.
I have the 2011 1.2 TSI 105bhp.
