It is for removing the black covers from the wheel bolts, stick it in through the "torx" hole in the centre of the covers and pull!

It's also used for removing parts of the front bumper from what I remember seeing on youtube.

that's used to remove indeed the wheel bolt caps. also, it helps you to remove the towing eye cover on the front bumper.
it's too big for a toothpick
