VCDS Owner in Scotland?

Hi folks,
Does anyone have genuine VCDS and a RossTech cable in the central belt of Scotland? Trying to turn off/down my hill start assist in my BlueGT and the dealer won't do it, so it looks like i'm doing it myself!
