Has any put 205/40/17 tyres Monza alloys ?

I need some new tyres for my car soon, I'm currently got Monza alloys on 215/40 however 205/40 is about £20 cheaper per a tire, I don't know would it be safe to put 205/40 on them

It says it will fit, however I want to know if anyone has any experience with putting different size on it
