I'm interested in Polo GTI 6C DSG with Sport button.

I read that in Polo GTI 6C when the sport mode is activated the DSG box also changes to S mode.

I want to know if it is possible to change afterwards DSG to D mode and continue with Sport mode in the throttle, steering and sound but DSG D mode.

Yes - you can engage "sport" mode with the button and then change into drive (D) rather than staying in sport (S) with the selector by moving it down as you would do normally.
