Headlight change

Hey there i have these type of headlights :

And i wanted to ask if its a straight swap if i buy these here :

Its as simple as plug and play ?.

Anything changed that isn't standard classes as a mod in the U.K.
Things like headlights would class though 99% of people wouldn't bother declaring
