Strange Knocking Noise Polo 6r (2012)

I'm hoping somebody may have experienced the knocking noise my car has made for a few years on and off and help me source where it's coming from.
My car is a VW Polo 6r (2012) 1.4. Since I bought it the back end of 2012 only during wet and mostly cold conditions, the car makes a knocking noise from both front wheel areas over speed bumps or bumpy roads. I reported this to VW but they kept claiming they couldn't re-create. Now the car is older than 3 years it's out of warranty so VW probably won't be much help. However, I've recently got a dash-cam, so I've finally managed to capture the noise.
I know the noise is definitely not the actual wheels (tyres/alloys) as I've recently replaced with winter wheels. I've recently had a local mechanic check over the area during a service but they couldn't find anything wrong (albeit, it hasn't make the noise as it was warm/dry).

Noise occurs at 6sec, 9sec, 20sec, 47sec, 54sec it's a clunk da clunk sound if that makes sense?
Thanks all for your time & input, greatly appreciated!
