Vw polo bluemotion limp mode problem

Hi , i have a 1.4tdi bluemotion 2008 , when i brought the car i had issue with my vnt turbo(sticky vanes) after the turbo was changed , the car went in limp mode the nxt day as i went over 2.5k rpm and coil light flashing but no engine management lighg, i did try to switch the car on and off but it didnt work but the nxt day car was out of limp mode , i did pluged the obd and i got turbo charger under boost -intermittent and 02 sesnsor signal stuck rich bank 1 sesnsor one -permanent-p2196, as i cleared the codes and drove the car for couple miles the engine managment light come and the code was 02 sesnsor stuck rich bank1 sesnsor 1 p2196-intermittent, car dont go in limp mode all the time but most of the time when i go over 2.5k rpm then i will ,Oil filter n fuel filter and maf sesnor is fine, and yes this car had a dpf , can anyone help?
