Rear Seat Removal How To?

Hi. I'll be quick...
The wife spilled a large coffee all over the rear seat. I need to remove the base so I can dry it out and clean it before it stains.
Is there a link anywhere on how to remove the base of the rear seats?
It's a 5 door model if that makes any difference.
