UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Hello everyone. I'm in a bit of a pickle

I recently bought my girlfriend a new stereo for her polo because she always complains that the stock one has no Aux input. I bought one on ebay for £60 but I can't get the lights to work on it or the Bluetooth. The Aux works fine though.

I have read a lot about it but I have been told I need to connect a canbus cable? Any ideas?

I'm really worried I might damage the car electronics if I start messing with the cables too much.

i'd read the description as it does say bluetooth might not work

also i'd say that it doesn't have lights

imho it would of been better to get a genuine vw unit
