6R/6C Windows Misting

Does anyone find that the Polo 6R/6C has a real issue with windows misting up?
My partner replaced her 13 year old Astra G with a Polo 6R in December. Nearly every morning since we've had it the windows are misted up and using the blowers they take about 10 minutes to clear.
I have taken it on long road trips with the A/C on, heaters on the floor with the windows open ajar to try dry it out and I've bought dehumidifier pads to help solve the issue to no avail. All the windows have been cleaned to within an inch of their life and I've tried a few different treatments on the glass. I've had the interior apart looking for leaks and damp but everything seems dry. The car has been back to VW to have it looked at along with a few other issues and they said they couldn't find anything.
We have had 2 Polo 6Cs as courtesy cars off VW and both of them have been exactly the same which puts my mind at ease but it's still an annoying 'characteristic' none the less. I'm currently driving around in one of them (66 plate Match Edition TSi) and today had to do my 35 mile commute with the heater on the windscreen and the A/C on all the way, if I turned it off the windscreen started misting up almost straight away.
Anyone experience the same with the 6R/6C?
