Technically, it's more a Scirocco steering wheel if you want the sports version.
The 'normal' version should be a Transporter T6/VW Jetta steering wheel. I recommend reading ciclos comments about it, especially concerning the button lighting and BCM.

Please can you show us the MFSW.
Hmm... there are many pics online, has to be exactly the same MFSW with the same buttons.
