Cheap CarPlay radio

Don't know if anyone has seen this, but I saw this Chinese VW radio on AliExpress earlier! I have just bought a Skoda version of the W8 light for my Fabia, and this popped up on the recommended items list. I figured you guys might light to know? Further down in the comments/reviews bit someone's installed it in a RHD Polo GTI. Might be good for those with 6rs!

I really want this now! I did consider an RCD510 but for the same price I could pick one of these up. I'm not that bothered about the reversing camera. Would I still need to have it coded in or would it be plug and play?
