Anyone got any experience putting a set of 18" wheels on a lowered (55mm rear) on a 2016 Polo GTI whether or not the tyre rub on the arches?

Also, how do they affect the ride quality being that the tyre profile reduces to 35 rather than 40?

Hi i have a 20 and 40mm drop.

With a set of O.Z 18 8j.

Tires is 215 35 18.

Must say rides the same as my 215 40 17 .
