Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. Looking to retrofit some multifunctional buttons to my Polo 6R flat bottom steering wheel. I know there is a lot of Topics on this already, however I can't seem to find one on how to connect the buttons to the Polo to make them 'functional' I haven't yet removed my steering wheel airbag cover as of yet, but was wondering if somebody could provide me with instructions and a guide on how to retro fit the MF buttons.

Just to follow on, I have the standard new style VW steering wheel polo 6C 2016
Would I be able to change to the R Line GTI polo from a 6C 2016 style without recoding?
Pictures are for illustrative purposes the butttons on my steering wheel including cruise control are identical to the one I have sourced.

Correct so the buttons are exactly the same as the GTi steering wheel with cruise control I was just wondering if I could change it without coding, mine is a 6C and the steering wheel is a 6C that I have sourced, just prefer the GTi style one

From 6C0 915 181A to 6C0 959 442C the coding is different, you have some examples online. VCDS Autoscans.
