Those are are aftermarket lights which I happen to have too. That unit takes H7 bulbs, so to answer your question you buy the headlights off of eBay and then you buy some LED lights to fit A H7 bulb socket. But this is all aftermarket. If you have a polo GTi 6C then you should already have LED headlights anyway.

OP's location is South Africa, so I suspect the standard headlights on the 6c GTI in South Africa are halogens.

If in which case the short answer is no. I'm sure somebody out they can do it but I would take a LOT of work. The OEM LED headlights for the polo 6c are more just more than a headlight unit it has ballast, washer jets and also its own separate ECU To control it. I looked into getting it but the amount of time and money and rewiring meant it wasn't worth it. You can't put an LED bulb in the halogen unit because VW have used twist fit adapter for the bulbs and the majority of LED bulbs on the market use the older metal clip type holders to hold it in place. The cheapest option is to buy the headlight unit off of eBay the one in your original picture and replace the halogen H7 bulbs for dipped and High beam with LED ones. That's what I did and it looks fantastic. The sidelights are already LED halo type rings. That headlight unit uses the old clips so will fit the LEDs with fans and is completely plug and play with no errors and cost around £350 UK not sure what that is in your currency.

If the stock lights are not led and you need to upgrade to led, then you will need Resistors for each led in the headlight "the turn signal and the rings"
They can be found on Amazon or ebay "osram led resistors"
