Dashboard vents and radio plastic removal

Hello everybody, good morning!
Hopefully there is somebody who can help me with the below. Tried to search but could not properly find unfortunately.
I'm owning a 2000 Polo GTI and soon I'd like to remove the air vents and radio surrounding from the dash and paint them high-gloss black.
Does anybody have tips / tutorials how to remove these plastics from the interior?
