Airbag light after battery in keyfob change.

Hey there !
I recently went to a locksmith and keyrepair guys here i Iceland and they change the battery in one of my carkey .
The day after i went to start the car and all of a sudden the airbag light came on. Is that related to the battery change or ?. Also i wanted to ask what is the best OBD scanner like carista and obdeleven.
