VW Polo 1.4 2010

Hi,
I'm new, unsure if this is the right place. My VW Polo 2010 came with the standard Radio for a car of that Year. We also have the 2016 1.4 TSI Golf match edition. I would like to install a VW sat nav in the VW Polo and be able to use the features, Bluetooth, satnav, radio etc.
My question is would I be able to upgrade the Unit in my Polo to a touchscreen version of the newer models ? If so what model should I be looking at.
