Stereo upgrade help!

Hi everyone, new to this forum as ive just bought my polo so apologises if i have posted this in the wrong place.
I have a 57 plate 1.2 e polo which has this head unit

I want to upgrade it and i was wondering will this kit be suitable for my car

also should i get a tray as well for underneath and does this just slot in simply?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated

Yes that kit is suitable, and the tray slots in the blank space underneath the radio

Would be useful me and probably to others here if the OP could say exactly which stereo or radio unit he/she is planning to use. The link given refers only to the adapter fitting kit.

That adapter kit will be suitable for any aftermarket radio with ISO connectors. You may need an additional aerial adapter depending on the make of the stereo however
