9n3 GTI advise required.

Hi I'm looking at purchasing a polo 9n3 GTI and am just looking for some advise on average prices, common faults and stuff to look out for when purchasing.
The one I am currently looking at buying is £4000, it is black 3dr and it has 57k on the clock and has been remapped to 200bhp. MOT is up February 2018, no advisories on current MOT.
Is this a good price for mileage etc? I've tried to compare to others online but all other GTI have much higher mileage so haven't found much to compare it to also due to it being remapped I'm unsure how this effects it's value.
Are the standard seats heated or was this an optional extra?
Also if anyone knows anyone selling one I'd appreciate you letting me know, thanks. [emoji16]
