Deactivate Fog & Cornering Lights - Polo 6C - Help

Greetings from South Africa,
Can anybody assist me please.
I removed my foglights and cornering lights on my Polo 6C 1.2TSi to replace it with a WRC bumper.
I'm getting error messages as the circuit is not closed.
I'm looking for the codes to deactivate these lights.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
