Over the weekend my car got the fault code p1279 'pressure drop from turbo to throttle body' its a 2006 polo gti 9n3 1.8t, it runs like a diesel and shakes violently on acceleration especially between 50-70 ive checked all vac pipes/boost hoses i have a forge splitter blow off valve so that is ruled out, however i did notice when the car is running i disconnected injector 4 and te idle stayed the same it also stayed the same when i disconnected the maf, any thoughts?

I have a 1.9tdi so i don't know too much about 1.8t engine.

When my car gave violent shaking at higher speed the drive shafts were on their way out. may e something to look at too!
