Gti 6R side skirt removal

What's involved in renting the side skirts on a 2011 Gti 6R? I am getting some quotes to have the plastics painted gloss black and would like to remove everything and refit myself, I am currently offshore working so I can't pop out and have a look at what's involved in removing the side skirts. Thanks for any info.

Found a video on YouTube for removing the side skirts on a mk6 Golf GTI that might be helpful. The side skirts on the mk6 Golf GTI are the same style as the ones on the 6R Polo GTI so I suspect the fixings (and removal / refitting procedure) will be the same.
