Polo 9N3 aux

My sister owns a 2008 VW Polo 9N3 Match and she'd like to be able to listen to her own music and be able to charge her phone and I have no idea what I'm looking for, does anyone know what I need? I have attached a picture of the stereo if you need it

She would be best to replace the radio with a more modern offering that has a USB port on it
The radio you have has no AUX support apart from a bastardised CD changer emulator which isnt a very good choice
Its cheaper and easier to just get a new radio.
