2013 Polo R Line TSI 1.2 Versions?

Hi, I'm new to this so any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm looking at purchasing a 2013 Polo R Line TSI 1.2, but I keep coming across different versions with no real information on what the actual difference between models are.
The biggest differences I can see lie in the following: different rims, steering wheel (Some have a flat bottomed wheel) and the head unit which is sometimes a single dim or sometimes a double dim (maybe this is satnav?)
Hope this makes some sense and that someone can shed some light on the different versions if there are?
