RCD310 UPGRADE TO RCD510

I have a 63 plate r line and I am wanting to upgrade to a rcd510 with dab, I am just wondering if it's a straight swap with all wires connecting to the same ports. I also have the touch phone kit which is partly the reason for the upgrade, would the mic and Bluetooth module from this connect to the rcd510?

and a the need for a DAB amplifier and cabling.

dab aerial isn't that bad, you just need the aerial and wiring kit eg
this and the swap out your existing boot aerial for that one, and run the wire. Hardest bit is getting the wire neatly though from the boot to the car.

Is any one aware for which infotainment systems the mirrorlink upgrade software with part number 5G0054830 is available?

I Ordered the rcd 510 with dab and have fitted it, was as easy as plug and play but when I press the phone button on the console it mutes the sound of radio but doesn't take me to a phone screen? I have swapped from a rcd310 with the touch phone kit? Not sure if this will have affected anything
