front wipers are not working. checked all the fuses and they are ok. ive tried two motors and still dont work. is there a relay for it and if so where is it located?

You really do need to check if all the voltage supplies are getting to the wiper assembly while it is connected, ie loaded as it will be in use. For that you will need access to a wiring diagram.

Are you running a cheap HID kit?
