I took a picture of the original BCM encoding before starting work.

I don't have any LED lighting, only original VW head lamps.
Later, I will check all the lighting and let you know how it works.

Perfect, waiting for that report.

Another question, does your T5 currently have front fog lights installed?

ok, just to understand some inconsistencies in the BCM coding when you went from BCM High to Max.

Do not forget to check with VCDS if there are faults detected once you physically verify the operation of all the lights.

OK Ciclo.
I did a output test with the VCDS today.
All lights are working properly.
The indicator light on the counter appears when the rear right (passenger's side) position light comes on.

I have one more question. is it possible to do so that the low beam lights do not turn on when I want to blink the high beam lights. Of course, on the day when the dipped headlights are turned off. This will extend the life of the xenon lamps. I guess that's how I had the encoding set up before.

Ok, so everything is perfect the way it is.👌

Hmm... remove that tail light and do a general cleaning of the internal circuit with appropriate products, a light sanding may be necessary to remove possible oxidation from the contacts with the bulbs. Surely you already knew this.

You should not worry at all about the duration of the xenon bulbs, they should last the life of the vehicle even in the worst conditions (to infinity and beyond  ).
Use them on demand with total confidence.👍
Did you know that they emit even whiter light as they age? ... (just like me 😁)

It is absolutely not possible that the low beams will not turn on when you use the flash/blink of the high beams in any external light conditions.
It is not related to pre or post coding, it is the way your new original xenon headlights work due to their internal construction. It's perfect that way!
T73a/62 keeps your low beams on when you activate your high beams, which is how it should be.

Byte18 46 HEX, is the perfect BCM coding for your T5 with bi-xenon headlights but 'no auto lights'.

ok.
I unscrewed the right rear lamp, it looks like it left the factory yesterday. I put in a new bulb.
I turn on the VCDS and do the output test again.
The indicator light  will be on when I turn on the rear left and right side light :(
I do not know why I saw only the right one yesterday, maybe fatigue.
The fault is probably not in the rear lights, only the electrical system.
Any more ideas?

Some ideas:

When installing Bixenon headlights, the 4 parking/side lights are powered individually, but you already did this according to your comments, link...?
The original wires in the front for these lights with Halogen headlights need to be isolated (T10) - check insulation - ...and install the two new ones from the BCM to the headlights (T14).

You may have forgotten to install the J431 headlight range control unit (55 Adres). :)

Try enabling and disabling the last 4 Bits of Byte11, maybe you'll have luck with this.

4 and 5 should be enabled based on the new light settings.
6 and 7 is the diagnosis.

Hello guys, i am new here, i read all 39 pages and i probably miss somewhere i have problem with xenon lights, i buy headlights and there was already made wiring from D3S xenon to H7, so i use H7 leds now... so the problem is when i use hibeam lowbeam stops working, i know that this lights should work together on hibeam. Before was h4 halogen lights. Maybe somewhere i need to do some extra wiring i dont understand..
Maybe someone can help me.. Thank you

You probably have a low beam relay that operates the low beam. It is not controlled by your BCM.

This is an image that ciclo made for the Polo 6R with J331 low beam relay.
I suspect it works the same on your Transporter T5.1, perhaps the colours are different. I think this installation will solve (part of) your problem.

If you flash your high beam, will it illuminate a separate high beam light or will it 'click' the bixenon lens?
