Okay, well try the wiring adaptation I showed earlier. But you did not answer my question about the lens clicking.

Re: Auto headlight retrofit. VW Transporter. T5 (2010-2015)
Thanks for the picture and Autoscan.
The T5 does not have Relay J331. (what the ...)
According to the Autoscan, the T41 connector is not perfectly connected. This is usually caused by not pushing the tab on the connector's locking mechanism all the way in.
---
From H4 to H7 (or similar), for T5. BCM 087 or lower.
Remove T41/40 wire from stalks/levers connector, also remove T17/4 wire from light switch, and extend the original wire T41/40 with a new wire to the T17/4 empty light switch slot.
Connect original wire T17/4 previously removed to T17/7 in light switch connector.
Notes:
Scrupulously respect the thickness of the new wires. They must be automotive wires.
Make perfect joints, splices or crimps.

Its about slip ring on a wheel i think there is some magic with it when i change steering wheel there was a light after anti slip, and later it fixed itself.
Okay, thank you i almost understand everything today after work i will try it.From H4 to H7 (or similar), for T5. BCM 087 or lower

Exactly, the faults detected in the GW on the G85 sensor and the 'intermittent' communication failure with the Powertrain Data Bus are clues to think that something is wrong/was wrong in connector T41. (has happened on more occasions)BlackT51 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 12, 2022 8:13 amIts about slip ring on a wheel i think there is some magic with it when i change steering wheel there was a light after anti slip, and later it fixed itself.

Some time ago I realized that the problem of understanding in this tower of babel was not the language... rather the technical issues.
Sometimes our languages use the same sematic origin for some words, but the particular circumstances of the different peoples that use them make the meaning of the word totally different. Which causes great confusion.
Good luck fitting the wires (don't forget to remove the negative battery cable before doing any wire work).
Please report your high/low beams results to be useful for current or future forum users. Thanks.
Re: Auto headlight retrofit. VW Transporter. T5 (2010-2015)
First time when i get this fault was when i make cruise control retrofit, but then i put everything back together i get slip ring fault i use vcds and other diagnostic tool to delete this fault but nothing after some time it fixed itself... later i buyed MFSW i disconnect slip ring again, and now i have again this problem with this slip ring, but now this light still on not fixing itself and it long time now..Exactly, the faults detected in the GW on the G85 sensor and the 'intermittent' communication failure with the Powertrain Data Bus are clues to think that something is wrong/was wrong in connector T41. Thank you again, i will try do my best

Ciclo I checked the entire installation again and added the headlight range module, unfortunately to no avail.ciclo wrote: ↑Thu Sep 08, 2022 6:16 pm Some ideas:
When installing Bixenon headlights, the 4 parking/side lights are powered individually, but you already did this according to your comments, link...?
The original wires in the front for these lights with Halogen headlights need to be isolated (T10) - check insulation - ...and install the two new ones from the BCM to the headlights (T14).
You may have forgotten to install the J431 headlight range control unit (55 Adres).
Try enabling and disabling the last 4 Bits of Byte11, maybe you'll have luck with this.
4 and 5 should be enabled based on the new light settings.
6 and 7 is the diagnosis.
So far I have selected BYTE19 BIT6 and the indicator on the meter went out.
Everything works great Lights, headlight washers and headlight range control
I'm very grateful to you for the help you have shown me, you're a great specialist in automotive electrics
Maybe I could repay you somehow?

Re: Auto headlight retrofit. VW Transporter. T5 (2010-2015)
There is a lot to describe and I don't know where to start Ok I will try to sey what I mean. I want to do auto lights in my t5.1
I'll replace the light switch. I'm not sure if I need to pull any wires or do you need to code something?

Here you have everything you need. Please, read without urgency and carefully from the beginning of the thread.
I'll help you with the coding when you finish the installation.
Good luck!

Re: Auto headlight retrofit. VW Transporter. T5 (2010-2015)
Thank you for your response. I understand that coding alone is not enough. I read the thread and concluded that there is a description to be taken over for bxenon lamps
Re: Auto headlight retrofit. VW Transporter. T5 (2010-2015)
Hi Ciclo It is possible that you would make wire harnesses for me that I need to switch to the auto lights?

I am very sorry, but currently it is no longer possible.
Thank you very much for trusting me, it is what I wanted some time ago.
