Since you mentioned that you did not have the Dimmer installed, I preferred not to encode it until later results. This does not exempt me from being involved and guilty of "0volts" in T73b/4. Forgiveness.🙏🤭

In this Bit I also attribute the discovery, or at least the first to post something about it. We did tests but it is necessary that the ECU (engine) support CCS/ACC - Euro6 -. (not for 6R until some 6R engine of a model sold in russia in 2018/19?)
It came in handy for a few geniuses who retrofitted the ACC on their T5s. If I remember correctly, it includes flashing the ABS unit and ECU with the proper firmware for ACC.
Hi Ciclo,

Well well well, it seems that we both made minor mistakes but with working together, we have come to a great resolution!

I have actioned the new coding changes for T73b4 and re-wired the interior illumination (again) and it is all working perfectly!

This is a great result.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and information.

With the tail light PWM, this is the coding options I was talking about:

Image

I had these active as my tail lights are T6.1 and not T6 but I have yet to see if there is any difference from the outputs needed.

Today I managed to finish off my B2B install too:

Finding little pockets of time to do my own thing between the many other things ha ha!

Great! T73b/4 is where the dimmer or interior lights for switches without dimmer must work, so the diagnoses will be correct in case of faults. Well done.👍

Ah OK!!!, T6.1 and not T6, use your BCM coding, on T6 LED taillights some lights are not LED.

Nice installation of the charger, thanks for sharing the image, very useful.👌

You say this:
- I had already wired as shown in the diagram.

and then you ask this:
- so I have to isolate the cables of the side parking lights from the t10 connector that went to the halogen headlight? in what position is this cable?

¯\(°_o)/¯

T10/10 is side/parking light on both halogen headlight connectors.

If you installed the kufatec adapter wiring (T10-T14) and it is the correct wiring for your T5, this T10/10 wire is already isolated.
Note: I don't have to know how the kufatec wiring is built. 🤭
sorry, maybe I have a bad explanation .. my english fault. I try to make a summary i used kufatec 38753 adapter. I followed this tread from the first page by installing bi xenon headlights, car light control and dimmer. I created the lights harness for h7 lamps (I mounted those) after the encoding you gave me everything works except the drl which are always off. I hope I was clear, at the end of the work I will send you a gift as a thank you for your patience

Hi Cristian.
The last BCM coding that I provided you is totally correct for your Bixenon headlights (LED modules).👌 viewtopic.php?p=589320#p589320

Once the parking/side lights wire issue has been clarified, you need to parameterize the BCM for Bixenon headlights (LED modules).
(2- viewtopic.php?p=589319#p589319)

One way to do it, is with VCP since it has an application to edit the values/parameters of the BCM PQ25. It's really easy. (old video on youtube)
All the parameters are extracted to a text file generated by the program and the necessary values are modified in that text file.
The modified file is loaded by the app and everything should work fine on your LED modules.

It is also possible with ODIS (logically).

---

Please, use the translator to view and find more info on this page:
https://www.drive2.ru/l/489696641561919499/

The values you need to change:
 - PWM Value with POS/TFL lights and activited Pos-lights
:?: - PWM Value with POS/TFL lights and activited DRL-lights

Values.
I don't know what are the appropriate values for T5 Bixenon LED modules (and activited Pos-lights), maybe is 40, as I told you, someone posted them in this thread.

The best gift I can receive for your thanks is that you post here the appropriate values for your Bixenon headlights/LED modules. 8)
No other type of thanks is necessary.
Thank you very much!!!

hi Circo!! today i checked the coding you gave me and i have no errors in bmc.
but I noticed that the lighting of the climatronic and the light switch are always on even with the command set to 0.
all functions are ok except the drl which at this point I will have to parameterize.
when I move the switch to side light position without the key inserted, the cluster turns on.
where am i wrong? I double checked the wiring several times.

Hi all,

Ok first of all I’m hoping I can be helped a little of a lost cause lol….

Ok I hope this doesn’t sound like I’m lazy but I have been through this post back to front and too to bottom…. I have confused myself…

Ok so currently I have H7 factory sportline headlights, BCM is 087… no auto lights or rain sensor…. So I have a pair of bi xenon headlights, kufatec looms with the two wires back to BCM, I have a brand new 090 bcm…..

So reading through my only interest is to fit the headlights, have all functions working and drls operating as factory….

I understand the looms will make everything work as soon as installed other than drl function….

So I need some help with if I need to fit new BCM…. Which I have gathered to make work needs new wires from clocks to bcm….

Then basically code the BCM old or new….

Many thanks

Hi Darren, you have been trying to install your Bixenon headlights since spring 2018.
I think that this installation that you are doing would have taken me a weekend with a few beers in between.

Post a complete and recent Autoscan.

Warning: If you make a single mistake in your following posts, my compassionate character will end.

Hi,

The turn signal faults are caused by my clifford alarm system when you forget to place pin before driving, so i can account for them, the adaptive light is drl's isnt it?

I have seen the faults concerning door many times on different vehicles and have never understood what its mean

Thanks

Hi Ciclo,

I have a 2014 VW Beetle Sport running with fogs but NOT Xenon lights, I am looking to retrofit the auto headlights and you seem to be the person in the know! Is it possible, are you still selling your wiring harnesses and could one be adapted? I am currently retrofitting the mirror with rain/light sensor to the car but this was the final part of the install , something I didn't realise was going to be so complicated until I pulled out the headlight switch and saw it was the 17 pin style one and not the 10 pin one used by auto headlights.

Thanks

No, it's static cornering lights (SCL)
http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/03428

Regarding these DTC's.....

03434 - Output for Terminal 30G Interior Lights
007 - Short to Ground - Intermittent
03435 - Terminal 30 for Interior Light and Parking Light
011 - Open Circuit - Intermittent

Check for blown fuse.. usually 15A fuse ( SB 7 ?)
