no i didn't use anything, when the badges come off there's some adhesive left on the body, when you soak it with water + car shampoo it comes off easily. i suggest you remove your badges and wash your car afterwards. you'll see it's not that big a deal once you remove them
come on, rip em off!!
or even better, replace the 1 and the 2 and you have a 2.1 engine

"polo" will look lonely when you remove only 1.2. i suggest you remove that too, i removed my tdi badge to get a cleaner look

ah. but i have my initials just below the 1.2. thats y im asking if the badges can be used again, i wish to move my initials to where the 1.2 badge used to be.

i see. you could either remove "polo" and "1.2" so you wouldn't have to move your initials up, or you could get some double sided tape and do as you please
i'm having my rear vw badge color coded next week, along with some other tiny things

the polo 1.2 55 bhp comes debadged already, whereas the 65bhp ones have a 1.2 badge at the back, so if u juss take the 1.2 badge off ppl, mite think u have the 1.2 55 bhp model rather then the top of the range sports model
my two pennies worth would be debadge the lot
