6r gti bumper on 6r 1.2 questions

If i were to put a polo 6r gti rear bumper on a 6r 1.2 match would it be a straight swap ? Or would i have to buy new brackets ? If i am in need of brackets does any one know the part number ?

you'll just need a twin-pipe exhaust, other than that, you're allright
