Badge removals? Front and back

Anybody know the way to remove the badges at the front and back on a 2010 polo 6r. I’ve been told different things so not sure what is the actual way to remove them and spray them black.

Cant find a vid on youtube of removing only the emblem but everyone in your model removes the grill and then the emblem i hope this video helps you for the front badge.
