Spacer Issues, help?

Hi,
I've had these on my Polo GTI 2016 for one drive (30 miles), less than 24 hrs and there was this strange rubbing/grinding/creaking noise which was coming from these 15mm spacers on the front of my car especially at slow speeds and when coming to a stop. The 20mm bolt on spacers i have were superb on that drive but the fronts....not so great.
I have no idea what is causing the grazes on the face of the spacer. It was clear of the brake caliper and was seated correctly. I am using them with the OEM wheels just fyi
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix the issue than please let me know.
