Grimsby is one of the docks that import VW, Seat and Skoda, the docks are buying up land all around the area, any land going vacant, they buy it and to be honest can knock the port Elizabeth docking area into a cocked hat. Would love to see the amount of land they own by filming from a drone. The shipping company employ a lot of older folk as they can phone you up all hours of the day due to the tides. While at work I thought I'd have a go at that when retired, but now, forget it I don't rush for anybody.

Glad you found that Google earth map, but since that's about 4 years old, more land has been purchased

Driving past Grimsby, the acres of 'fresh off the ferry cars' have to be seen to be believed. You wonder where on Earth there is room in the world for them all. But still an apparent shortage of Polos....

Driving into Grimsby, you don't see the full amount of imported cars. Looking at the Google map shows you nearly the full amount of area it does take up, and as I said "that google map is about 4 years old and extra land has been purchased for more parking space.
