1.2 R-Line Brake Part Numbers

Hi all, I've just joined and hoping you can come to my rescue, I'm not overly familiar with VW part numbers / option codes but I'm failing miserably in finding the correct replacement brake disc options for a family members 2012 1.2 105bhp R-Line.
Throwing the reg plate in brings up a load of different options, however none of the codes listed on the PR sticker appear to relate to the brakes and none match up to any of the options on euro car parts.
Any idea what size front / rear discs are fitted to the R-Line as standard?
