Battery drains when it rains

Hi please help, every time I drive my car when it is raining out, I take the key out of the ignition and everything still works in the car. I can still use the wipers, put the windows up or down, the fan goes and I hear a clicking noise. This goes on until the battery dies then I have to jump start to get going again. It usally sorts it's self out untill next time it rains after the first jump start but it's not at all this week. Has anyone came across this issue or know what it could be? Any help will be appreciated
