However, the CCS with all its functions is perfect for us. (GRA_High, supreme!)
We are not ACC enthusiasts, we did some tests on a circuit some time ago (thanks to VW) and we did not like its operation, ... maybe it has improved nowadays.

yes. i tested both the first gen system during golf mk7 first launch and the latest gen, it does improve alot and its so seemless. the one in the latest sclass even much better.

[emoji41][emoji12] theres no rules over here. at first vw brought in most of the models according to EU specs. i think, now they learned alot and start bringing in stuffs without the necessary equipments to further cut cost and make profit more. most of the owners here dont even care or know what it is for anyway.

LED lights dont have to have headlight washing systems under EU law - its optional.

Only where xenon lights are fitted it is required, though in some cases, again optional.

Very close, LED has a higher light output though, so its beam isnt so affected by a dirty headlight glass like xenon. Optics have improved too hence they arent so bothered about washers anymore

Example - My Q7 with LED headlights has headlight washers, but my A3 with LED headlights doesnt!

In my wife's Golf it will also be optional under EU law... that is, without washing system.

In all the cars I've had with xenon headlights the main function of the washing system was to stain the headlights and adjacent areas, leaving a film when the washing liquid dries and consequently worsening the operability of the headlights.
