Duplicate key programming/coding

Hi folks,
I recently got a new Polo 2012 model (Polo 60 Moda) that has a 1.2 litre 3 cylinder engine with 60bhp output. I got the car with just one key and I am looking to get a spare key programmed. I think I can get a transponder + blade cut on eBay. Can anyone help me program the transponder please? I live in London and can travel around M25. Or perhaps, any good recommendation to get the key programmed in London please?
Any help will be much appreciated
