Mobile Scuff Repairs?

Has anyone used any of the large number of mobile scuff/chip/scratch repairers?
Need some bits tidied up before suspension and wheels go on.
Are these guys expensive? They've got to be cheaper than a bodyshop, and for the convenience of doing the work on your doorstep, must be worth it??? (or not?)
Recommendations appreciated.

IMHO - good if you want to out the car shortly after but if you want to keep it the repairs don't last long and you'll be kicking yourself for not getting it done properly
- Stone chips are covered but still show
- Bumper scuffs don't look that sharp under close inspection
- Interior repairs (fag burns and the like) are awfull and 2 slides in and out with the arse and they appear again
Car dealers love em - me if I saw any on the car I'd walk away

Had LMC Mobile Repairs over earlier.
Based in Luton - 01582 566727
Did a fantastic job on the rear bumper, it wasn't bad, just some heavy scratches and a few scuffs. Rubbed down with quality materials, primed where required and sprayed over and lacquered, done on the drive!
Other areas of annoyance were around both driver and passenger doow handles. This was polished and buffed making the scratches non-existent and then had most of the car buffed while the bumper was drying.
They aren't "dent-masters" but as far as paintwork's concerned they did a fine job. Ofcourse, if it's the same in a few months times then i know it was worth the £££s.
Reccommended fellow dubsters.
