6R Touch Phone kit wants recovery file

6R 2013 Polo GT ACT Dsg 1.4 with Touch Phone Kit wanting The recovery file via USB with radio set to in and ignition power on, not running.
My module says HW0709 but the book says CC9060.
Bury offer updates in zips 174 the early and 287 the latest. these are updates though not recovery files.
Any files please. there was a link but now broken, returns 404.
